Where are my saves?

Saves live on your device. On iPhone and iPad your most recent saves also sync through your iCloud account, so a city saved on one device can continue on another signed in to the same Apple ID once you reopen Boomtown there. The oldest saves may not sync.

Does it need an internet connection?

No. Boomtown plays fully offline.

Are there ads or in-app purchases?

None. Boomtown has no ads, no in-app purchases and no tracking.

Why isn't my city growing?

Tap any building to see how it's doing and exactly why it isn't growing. The data maps show traffic, pollution and land value at a glance.

What does this button do?

Hold any button in the game to see an explanation.

Why is the game landscape only?

On iPhone and Android Boomtown plays in landscape. On iPad it also supports portrait.

Accessibility

Settings include a left-handed layout, a larger interface (UI size) and colour-blind friendly data maps.
